Five neighbourhoods. Nowhere else.
We have chosen to work only in the heart of central London. It means we know the buildings and their quirks, the porters and the managing agents, which streets let quickly and which squares buyers wait years for, and we are never far from your door.

Marylebone
Between Oxford Street and Regent's Park, Marylebone feels like a village that happens to sit in the centre of London. The high street is lined with independent shops and cafés, while the side streets hold handsome Georgian terraces, red brick mansion blocks and tucked away mews.
Much of the area is still cared for by two great historic estates, which gives it a consistency and calm that owners and tenants value highly. Families like the schools and the park; professionals like being able to walk to the West End and to the medical quarter around Harley Street.

Mayfair
Bounded by Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly and Park Lane, Mayfair has been one of London's most sought after addresses since its squares were laid out in the eighteenth century. Grosvenor Square and Berkeley Square remain its landmarks, and the late Victorian terracotta of Mount Street gives it a character all of its own.
Behind the galleries, tailors and restaurants are some of the finest homes in the city: elegant Georgian townhouses, generous lateral apartments and quiet mews. Many owners live abroad for much of the year, which is where careful management and home care matter most.

South Kensington
Built around the great museums of Exhibition Road, South Kensington combines culture with some of London's most beautiful residential streets. White stucco terraces frame leafy garden squares, and many of the larger houses have been divided into elegant lateral apartments with high ceilings and tall windows.
The area has a strong international community and excellent schools, and it is a natural home for families relocating to London. Its homes are in steady demand to rent and to buy, and they reward owners who keep them in fine condition.

Knightsbridge
Knightsbridge is known for its great stores and for Hyde Park on its doorstep, but its residential streets are surprisingly peaceful. The tall red brick houses around Cadogan Square and Pont Street, with their ornate Dutch gables, sit alongside Regency squares and modern apartment buildings with full services.
It attracts buyers and tenants from all over the world, many of whom expect a level of service closer to a fine hotel than to a letting agency. That is the standard we work to.

Belgravia
Laid out largely in the nineteenth century, Belgravia is a district of grand white stucco terraces, pillared porches and wide, quiet squares. Belgrave Square is home to many embassies, and Eaton Square and Chester Square are among the most prestigious addresses in the country.
These are homes of real architectural importance, and many are listed. Looking after them well means knowing the rules on alterations, working with the right craftsmen, and keeping in step with the estate that has cared for the area for generations.
